PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- All rates are Government tax inclusive i.e. HTT and VAT (subject to change)
- Check-in Time - 13.00 hours.
- Checkout Time - 10.30 hours.
- All reservation should be made by fax or e-mail.
- Cancellation & No Shows - If cancellation is done inside 72 hours prior to arrival a one night fee will apply. All cancellations must be in writing by either fax or e-mail and a confirmation of cancellation obtained.
- No Shows - A no show will result in full payment being demanded for the number of days booking was made for.
- Late check - out until 5pm will incur a charge equivalent to 80% of the room rate, subject to space availability. Check - outs after 5pm are charged a one night's rate
- 2 children under 12 years of age free - using the existing bedding.
- 9) The rates do not include Airport Transfers.
GROUP BOOKING POLICY
- Reservations must be made by fax or email.
- A deposit equal to two nights' accommodation will be required to confirm reservation.
- Cancellation made less then 30 days prior to arrival will be charged a fee equivalent to one night's accommodation.
- Any food and beverage arrangement must be finalized 15 days prior to arrival.
- Payment - Group bookings must be fully prepaid 15 days prior to arrival.
